This innovative service employs Microsoft Tag to provide 24/7 mobile access to useful information for both maintenance professionals and anyone using the equipment. 

PlayPod delivers a playground ownership experience unmatched in the industry. It provides instant access to individualized installation and maintenance data and customer service links as well as fun play tips. PlayPod is a value-added service that works when users download the free Tag mobile app to a smartphone at http://gettag.mobi and scan the Microsoft Tag attached to Playworld Systems’ equipment.  Once the 2D code is scanned, users are directed to a welcome screen with links to contact information for a local Playworld Systems representative and additional content including: 

  • Nuts & Bolts: Provides access to important maintenance documents, installation instructions, product numbers and much more
  • Fun & Play Tips: Offers weekly play tips, the option to check-in at a playground via Facebook and more
