Forty years. Wow. It seems like only yesterday I was a “model” in our catalog, paid in ice cream cones at the end of the day.
As both a son and a father in a family business, I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of our legacy. My father began the company in 1971, during a challenging economic time, much like today. But through good times and bad, he always believed that play was essential to the well-being of our customers and the communities we serve.
It's why we continue, 40 years later, to improve our processes to make stronger, better, greener products—a heritage and a discipline that can only be passed down through a family. At a time when cost cutting is the norm, we're investing in PVC-free materials and upgrading our finishing systems. It’s hard work that may not be visible to the naked eye, but it’s more rewarding than even those childhood ice cream cones.
We look forward to working with you on your next playground project. We've been working on it for the past 40 years.
