ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK
Playworld Systems, Inc., an international manufacturer of playground and recreation equipment, is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to be a crucial element in our Customer Service Department. This individual will provide support to a diverse set of internal and external customers in order to ensure proper entry of order information into our system and pro-actively address a wide range of product and service issues, questions and requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Successful candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 2-5 years order entry or customer service experience. All applicants must have strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and accurately convey information; listens carefully to customers and seeks to understand customer needs; proven ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment; with supervision, prioritizes own tasks in order to complete them in a timely and accurate manner; excellent computer skills with specific emphasis on order entry systems and Microsoft Office; and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
