LifeTrail® Squat Exercises
Description
Three squat exercises to build three different areas of the body: the front squat increases lower body strength and flexibility in the ankles, hips, and hamstrings; the lateral squat builds dynamic flexibility of inner thigh muscles and lateral strength in the hips and legs; and the split squat develops single leg strength, balance, and dynamic flexibility in the hip flexors.
